CEEMAN International Management Teachers Academy (IMTA) is a major European faculty development program aimed at developing a new generation of management professors for the new generation of business leaders, and has already educated more than 470 management faculty from over 140 institutions in 38 countries around the world. The two-week program, run by prominent international faculty, is structured around the multiple role of faculty as teachers, researchers, consultants and institution administrators and leaders. The program, with particular emphasis on the use of case method in management education offers participants to go deep into teaching philosophy and strategy, and enables them to improve skills related to general aspects of teaching and management development (which are in particular focus during the first week) and those that are discipline-specific. During the second week, the participants are divided into disciplinary tracks that include: Strategic management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Leadership & Change Management, and Business in Society. Some scholarships are available for participants from Latin America and Africa.
