ACBSP Grants Accreditation to 25 Colleges and Universities in Nine Countries

The Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), member institution of CLADEA; Baccalaureate/Graduate Degree Board of Commissioners and Associate Degree Board of Commissioners meet twice a year in Kansas City, Mo., USA, to review the quality and integrity of business degree programs at colleges and universities seeking ACBSP accreditation. The two Boards have granted initial accreditation or reaffirmation of accreditation to 25 colleges and universities in nine countries this fall.

In November, the two Boards granted initial accreditation to the business programs at: City University of Seattle (Washington); Colorado Technical University (Colorado); Concordia University — Portland (Oregon); Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University — Worldwide (multiple campuses); Gateway Technical College (Wisconsin); Horizons University (France); Liberty University (Virginia); Mongolian University of Science and Technology (Mongolia); Okanagan University (Canada); Purdue University — North Central (Indiana); South University (multiple campuses); The University of Findlay (Ohio); Universidad Apec: UNAPEC — (Dominican Republic);  Universidad Metropolitana (Puerto Rico); University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (Arkansas).

Also, the two Boards granted separate accounting accreditation to the programs at: Walden University (Minnesota) and accreditation to: Butler County Community College (Pennsylvania); Chadron State College (Nebraska); County College of Morris (New Jersey); Florida State College at Jacksonville (Florida); Lenoir-Rhyne University (North Carolina); Oklahoma Christian University (Oklahoma); Roosevelt University (Illinois); Southern Baptist University (Missouri); Southern Polytechnic State University (Georgia).

ACBSP accredits all business programs at all degree levels, from associate degrees in accounting and other business disciplines to doctorate degrees in management.
