The Business Association of Latin American Studies - BALAS, partner institution of CLADEA, invites you to participate in the BALAS 2016 Annual Conference. The event will take place from 16  to18 March 2016 in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Hosted by the ESPAE Graduate School of Management, ESPOL.

Theme: From starting up to sustained growth: Opportunities and challenges faced by Latin American entrepreneurs.

Paper Submission Due Date: November 1, 2015

BALAS publishes the Proceedings of the papers accepted and presented at the conference. In addition, the Journal of Business Research and Academia Revista Latinoamericana de Administración will publish a selection of the best papers of the BALAS 2016 conference. The best teaching cases will be eligible to be included in the CLADEA-BALAS Case Collection distributed by Harvard Business Publishing.
