There are four types of membership: Holders, Associates, Observers and Institutions.

To be a Full Member is required:

  • Being an institution of higher education dedicated to the teaching and research of the administration, or of related disciplines
  • Conduct formal programs of postgraduate studies, leading to the academic degree of Master, Master or Master, or other higher degrees, accredited or recognized by the university system of each country
  • Have an adequate number of professors who have advanced academic degrees linked in a stable manner to the institution, with full or part-time, and who carry out teaching, research and extension activities
  • To be endowed with human, physical and economic resources adapted to the fulfillment of its aims and the high academic levels pursued by CLADEA
  • Have at least 3 graduated promotions and at least three years of institutional activity
  • Obtain the approval of the Assembly.


To be an Associate Member is required:

  • Being an institution of higher education dedicated to the teaching and research of the administration or related disciplines
  • Conduct formal programs of higher education (university) leading to a Bachelor or Bachelor, accredited and / or recognized by the university system of each country
  • Have an adequate number of professors who have advanced academic degrees linked in a stable manner to the institution, with full or part-time, and who carry out teaching, research and extension activities.
  • To be endowed with human, physical and economic resources adequate to fulfill its aims and the high academic levels pursued by CLADEA.
  • Obtain the approval of the Assembly.


Observer membership is required:

  • Being a higher education institution that does not necessarily belong to the university system and that are dedicated to the teaching and / or research of the administration or related disciplines.
  • Obtain the approval of the Assembly.

To be an Institutional Member it is required:

  • To be an institution whose purpose is to promote the development of higher level academic institutions dedicated to postgraduate teaching and administration research, or to coordinate activities of said institutions
  • Obtain the approval of the Assembly.
