CLADEA, EGADE Business School and Tecnologico of Monterrey proudly present the 55th CLADEA 2020 Annual Assembly, called: “The future of work, the social impact and the role of business schools”.

Rectors, deans, program directors and business faculties and researchers globally will meet from October 21-23 in Guadalajara, Mexico to analyze the current social, labor and economic context of Latin America and its impact on postgraduate education.

Currently, we are at a time where the countries of the region need to develop synergies that promote the management of companies with a social component, considering the well-being of all those who make up the organization and the impact of their actions in the region.

"Business schools have a responsibility to train conscious leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, capable of reinventing themselves and their organizations, to respond to the challenges of the environment," says Ignacio de la Vega, Dean of EGADE Business School, Tecnologico of Monterrey and CLADEA 2020 academic chair.

Faced with this scenario, entrepreneurship, innovation and disruption in the way of doing business become the axes of action to reinvent teaching methods and management policies in business schools, says Manuel Ortiz de Zevallos, Executive Director of CLADEA.

Let's join forces in Guadalajara, considered the "Silicon Valley" of Latin America.
