Majid Kaissar EL GHAIB is Professor and Head of the “Social Innovation & Sustainability Institute” at ESCA Ecole de Management. With his long experience in management, he lectures and conducts research on various themes such as “Business Ethics”, “Sustainability & CSR”, and “Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship”. He is also President of Enactus Morocco, a non-profit whose mission is to promote social progress through entrepreneurial action. Dr. El Ghaib holds a Ph.D. from MIT and engineering degrees from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (France). He began his professional career as a consultant for large sustainable projects in the USA and Morocco. He then served as CEO of the Moroccan National Fisheries Office, implementing sustainable projects to modernize and develop the local fishing industry.

HUNGRIAThe presentation aims to provide reasoning why education for sustainability is crucial in business schools. "Universality" will be illustrated by a European best practice in teaching global climate change strategy, conducted in cooperation of 10 CEMS business schools, combining a master course with a two-day long roleplay, modelling the UNFCCC climate summits. "Diversity" will be illustrated by showing special solutions across Europe, focusing on the most pressing issues of sustainability and social responsibility. Main trends will be identified and justified.
SPEAKER BIO
Dr. Ágnes Zsóka is Professor of the Institute of Marketing at Corvinus University of Budapest (CUB). Her main research and teaching areas include sustainable consumer behaviour, corporate sustainability and corporate social responsibility, education for sustainability, and implications of climate change in corporate practice. She has been teaching in English and German in the flagship international study programs of the university for the last 20 years.
Additionally, she is Program Director of the Doctoral School of Business and Management since 2006, and, at the same time Director of the German speaking Management Education Centre at Corvinus University, since 2016.

Professor Vasanthi Srinivasan is a Professor in the Organizational Behaviour and HRM area at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. She was the ICCR Chair Professor of Corporate Responsibility and Governance at the HHL School of Management, Leipzig, Germany in 2012-2013. She was a British Council Visiting Scholar at the International Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility at the Nottingham University Business School in 2007. She was a member of the Uday Kotak Committee on Corporate Governance set up by Securities Exchange Board of India in 2017. She has been a member of the Working Group on Business and Human Rights set up by National Human Rights Commission, India and a member of the Advisory Group of the NAP on Business and Human Rights in 2020. She is an Executive Committee Member of the International Society of Business, Economics & Ethics (ISBEE). Her research interests are Women on Boards, Business and Human Rights and HRM in rapidly growth context.
