Universidad ESAN, Peru, Alvah H. Chapman Jr., Graduate School of Business, at Florida International University – hosting CLADEA’s XLII Conference– and CLADEA, invite doctoral students of Business Administration and Management programs to the Fifth Doctoral Consortium, which will take place on Sunday, October 28th at FIU’s campus, in Miami, Florida.
The purpose of this Consortium, which is a pre-conference of CLADEA’s Annual Conference, is to provide doctoral students with a space to present their Ph.D. projects before a panel of distinguished experts, with the objective of helping them to identify the strengths and weaknesses of their research work, in order to improve it before their doctoral dissertations. No less important, it will be an opportunity to meet deans and faculty from prestigious universities participating in the Assembly. The presentations may be attended by them,
The selection of the Ph.D. projects presented to the Consortium will be in charge of an international jury; these will be organized in tracks, subject to their thematic area. After the doctoral student completes the presentation of his proposal, the panel will have the mission of commenting and discussing the conceptual and methodological aspects of the dissertation project. As mentioned before, panel members are distinguished professors with a broad experience as members of editorial committees, thesis boards and authors of publications. Other faculty attending the Assembly is also invited to participate and contribute with their comments to this process.

It includes registration in the Consortium and in the Conference (except social events). Travel and living expenses are not included and should be covered by the doctoral student or his/her institution:
